Pre-Event: Using a combination of massage strokes, pressure and stretching, the goal of this treatment is to increase circulation, joint range-of-motion and muscle flexibility. A typical session may be between 30minutes to 1 hour, depending on when the activity actually begins
Post-Event massage can help reduce next day stiffness and soreness by assisting the body in supplying essential nutrients and oxygen to tissues, promoting lymph circulation, enhancing the elimination of accumulated metabolic waste by-products
